OVERLAND PARK, Kan., August 24, 2005 — Bott Radio Network (BRN) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a major 50,000-watt Super-Station in Nashville, Tenn.

The acquisition is pending FCC approval. Bott Radio Network expects to begin broadcasting from the Nashville facility in January 2006.

The station—currently known as WAMB—broadcasts with 50,000 watts non-directional at 1160 kHz from a tower in the center of Nashville. The powerful signal covers all of Middle Tennessee from Bowling Green, Kentucky to the north, to the Alabama state line to the south. At night the station covers the Nashville metropolitan area with 1,000 watts.

This new 24-hour signal in Nashville will add to Bott Radio Network’s existing 50,000-watt coverage of Western Tennessee over WCRV-AM 640 in Memphis.

With two major 50,000-watt Super-Stations in Memphis and Nashville, Bott Radio Network will reach a major portion of the population of Tennessee with its format of Quality Bible Teaching, Christian News and Information.

“We are delighted to be able to expand the teaching of God’s Word in Middle Tennessee with such a major powerful voice,” said Rich Bott, BRN Executive Vice President. “Our goal is to help people grow in their Christian Faith and to apply their Faith in their daily lives through Quality Bible Teaching, Christian News and Information 24 hours a day.”

BRN Founder and President Dick Bott said: “We know people in Nashville will respond to our programming format of Quality Bible Teaching and Christian News and Information just as they have in Memphis for nearly 20 years. The Word of God is needed there just as much as anywhere else in America. And BRN intends to serve Him by serving His people in that important heart of America market. This new giant BRN broadcast station will provide the means for people to both Grow in their walk with the Lord, as well as Know what’s happening in the world around them.”
