Bott Radio Network, a national leader in Christian broadcasting, is seeking a highly motivated and successful sales leader for the position of Kansas City Area Manager. This person will be responsible for leading our advertising, sales and Christian community efforts for the Kansas City area.
The candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated, and organized with successful sales and management experience. Knowledge of the Kansas City area business community is a must. A working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office Suite is required, in addition to a BA degree.

Role: The Area Manager is entrusted with the leadership, management, and growth of Bott Radio Network in the community with a primary focus of generating local revenue.
Responsibilities:
(1) Operate in line with the values and vision of Bott Radio Network (BRN).
(2) Comply with all Federal and State regulations for business and radio.
(3) Build the productive relationships with community businesses and Christian organizations required to exceed stated sales goals.
(4) Hire, develop, and supervise additional staff as required.
(5) Communicate with BRN team members to ensure coordinated efforts.

Bott Radio Network Oklahoma has a Sales Internship position available. Duties include working with office staff and sales staff; research and collecting data pertaining to prospective clients, assist with writing copy, possibly attend station events, assist in preparation for station events, general administrative duties as assigned. This position is open to all undergraduate students who are available to work Monday through Friday minimum of 10 hours per week.
