Friends, this is Rich Bott with some exciting news for our Nebraska listeners. In the last few days, we’ve been finishing a major project that we’ve been working on for more than two years. It’s a huge expansion for Bott Radio Network at 88.5 FM in Lincoln and Omaha. The Federal Communications Commission has approved a tremendous power increase, and we’re almost ready to turn it on.
What it means to you is a much stronger signal and a significant increase in coverage. Broadcasting with ten times the power from the top of one of the tallest towers in the state, we’re excited that this new signal will expand our listening area to cover over 600,000 new people with the power of God’s word.
In the next few days, there may be brief interruptions to our service as we finalize the testing of our new transmitter and antenna installation. We’ll let you know when we’re up to full power after the required testing period. Please be sure to tell your friends about this exciting expansion for Christian radio here in Nebraska.
