July 2007 / Bott Radio Network Welcomes Nazareth Comedy Concert in Ft. Wayne, July 20th
Christian comedian Nazareth brought laughter to the First Assembly of God church in Fort Wayne on Friday, July 20th, along with a renewed sense of pride in America and our soldiers, with his “Proud 2B American” tour, presented by Trinity Communications and welcomed by AM 1090. A high point of the evening was when Nazareth asked every veteran in the audience to stand and tell what branch of the military they had served in or were currently serving in.
Born in Israel, Nazareth is the author of a devotional book called “Can Anything Good Come Out of Nazareth, Again?”
Christian illusionist Jarrod Mac opened the show with comedic creativity, drawing people out of the audience to participate in his “illusions.” All in all, the evening was a breath of fresh air and good medicine for the soul!
Christian comedian Nazareth filled the church with lots of laughter, along with honor to area veterans, as he brought his “Proud 2B American” tour to Fort Wayne.
The comedy concert opened with Christian illusionist Jarrod Mac who included audience members in the fun. Here several teenage boys were asked to sit on 4 chairs in specific positions and then had the chairs literally pulled out from under them. Jarrod then left the stage and the guys were left to figure out how to get out of this position on their own. The crowd laughed and cheered them on!
Rene Bodine (Sales Assistant), and Sean Giggy (student intern from Huntington University) greeted listeners who stopped by our display table in the lobby at the Nazareth Comedy Concert on July 20th.
