April 2008 / Bott Radio Network Supports LIFE In Memphis, Friday, April 4th

On April 4th, 2008 the annual banquet for Life Choices was held at Germantown Baptist Church. Even with inclement weather from heavy rains during the day the event was attended by over 1,000 ministry supporters. The special speaker for the evening was Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) and host of Jay Sekulow Live heard over Bott Radio Network. Jay spoke on several court cases where he has defended life and support for the unborn. Many of these cases have been argued by Jay before the U.S. Supreme Court to declare the value of human life. Life Choices is a free and confidential pregnancy help medical center offering factual information so that women can be educated and empowered to make the best decisions for their life.

Andrew and Mary Clarksenior were among the special guests in attendance. Andrew works for the West Memphis, Arkansas Police Department and host a weekly conservative view talk show on WREC 600 AM in Memphis.

Last year over 60 women came to salvation in Christ as a result to the Life Choices ministry.

Pastor Sam Murrell of New Beginnings Community Church and wife Susan enjoy the evening. Pastor Murrell also hosts, " A New Creation in Christ" broadcast heard Saturdays at 11:00 p.m. & Sundays at 10:00 a.m. on 640 AM.
