Bott Radio Network in Nebraska co-sponsored the March, 2008 “Weekend to Remember” conferences in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska as a radio partner. FamilyLife Today, a family ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ, presents “Weekend to Remember” conferences in cities across the U.S. each year, with a mission to effectively develop Godly marriages which change the world one home at a time.” March 14-16 was the Omaha conference. March 28-30 the conference was held in Lincoln – both conferences were well attended. “Weekend to Remember” is a weekend marriage conference that teaches God’s design for marriage and family set in a relaxing environment. The conferences provide a time for couples to refresh their marriage, focusing on a Biblical blueprint for a healthy relationship and understanding each partner in a marriage. Joel Housholder leads Search Ministries in the Dallas area. Before joining Search, the Housholders ministered with Young Life for twenty years serving the last ten as Regional Director in NE Texas. Joel received his Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. He delighted the Nebraska Weekend To Remember audience combining humor, witt and Biblical wisdom.
