October 2009 / Bott Radio Network Co- Sponsors the Springfield Pastors Appreciation Luncheon, Thursday, October 8th
To honor area pastors, Bott Radio Network for Southwest Missouri, was pleased to co-sponsor the 6th annual Pastors Appreciation Luncheon. The event is organized each year by Springfield Christian Radio, a fellowship of stations including: Bott Radio Network’s Southwest Missouri cluster of more than 13 signals, KWFC - 89.1 FM and 88.3 the Wind FM. This year we hosted over 200 pastors for a total audience of 380! The featured speaker, Dr. Dennis Swanberg, Americas “Minister of Encouragement,” entertained us with humorous stories and spot-on impressions of famous people.
The event was held at the Clarion Hotel Conference Center, and received excellent support form the business community including: Sight and Sound Theatres, the Dino Christmas Spectacular, The Imax Entertainment Complex now featuring “Smoke on the Mountain”, America’s Incredible Pizza Company, The Titanic Museum/Attraction, The Toy Wash and Access Hospice Care. Pastors were honored, and a great time was had by all.
