Al Riskowski, Executive Director of Nebraska Family Council, was a guest speaker at the Lincoln Crisis Pregnancy Center Annual Mother’s Day Life Walk. His remarks were in part to update walkers on the recent passing of LB1103, the Nebraska legislative bill (Pain Capable Child Protection Act) which provides a general prohibition on abortions before the gestational age of 20 weeks, based on research showing that the baby can feel pain at and after 20 weeks.
