June 2011 / Bott Radio Network Welcomes The Constitutional Coalition’s Frontline Leadership Seminar, Friday & Saturday, June 3rd & 4th
The Constitutional Coalition is an organization that strives to educate others to know the Constitution, and understand the contents. The organization acknowledges absolutes as the basis for laws, God as the giver of freedom and they conduct research through the lens of the Constitution. On June 3rd and 4th, The Constitutional Coalition hosted the Frontline Leadership Seminar at Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church, where Bott Radio Network had a booth stocked with information to share about the network. Friday night began with dinner prior to the screening of The Battle At Brecourt Manor, a WWII Documentary. Vance Day, a trial lawyer in Salem, Oregon, concluded the night with stories and a question and answer session from Sgt. Donald Malarkey, a former non-commissioned officer with the 2nd Battalion of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment in the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army. Sgt. Malarkey’s experiences in WWII were the part of the subject of the HBO miniseries, Band of Brothers. Saturday morning and afternoon consisted of conversations with Vance Day and Sgt. Malarkey as well as lunch. This seminar in St. Louis was Sgt. Malarkey’s last major public event.
