September 2011 / Bott Radio Network Welcomes Dr. Randy Carlson’s “An Intentional Love” Marriage Conference to Crosspoint Church in St. Louis, September 10th
On the afternoon of September 10th, Bott Radio Network partnered with Crosspoint Church in South County to present Dr. Randy Carlson of Intentional Living. “An Intentional Love” Marriage Conference provided an opportunity for husbands and wives to revitalize their marriage. The conference discussed various topics including: understanding your spouse’s DNA, having somewhere to go together, communicating until things get better, checking marital vital signs regularly, facing marital dips together, and giving lots of affection. Dr. Carlson challenged the people in attendance to begin moving toward change through one daily, intentional step at a time: choosing one positive change to focus on for a week, a month, or a few months to create the biggest payoff in life. Bott Radio Network had a presence at the event, providing a booth for information and bags of educational material. The event was well attended, with more than 800 people filling up the sanctuary of Crosspoint Church. Attendees walked away from the conference with a renewed sense of direction in their marriage, all thanks to God’s work through his humble servant Dr. Carlson.
