September 2011 / Bott Radio Network Supports Pro-life Vigil in Columbia, Missouri, Tuesday, September 27th
Bott Radio Network representatives participated in the kick-off vigil of 40 Days for Life in Columbia on Tuesday, September 27th. More than 75 people participated in the rally and candlelight vigil, which began with worship and prayer at Columbia’s First Assembly of God Church.
Just before leaving for the abortion clinic, attendees were thrilled to learn that the Columbia clinic is no longer scheduling abortions. The abortionist has quit effective immediately, and the clinic is in flux as directors scramble to find her replacement.
Local 40 Days for Life Campaign Directors Mike & Kathy Forck have vowed to continue their vigils at Planned Parenthood until the clinic closes.
40 Days for Life events, held in 297 cities this autumn, are community campaigns of prayer & fasting, outreach, and peaceful vigils outside abortion clinics around the world.
