November 2011 / Bott Radio Network Provides Coverage of Missouri Baptist Convention, October 31st through November 2nd
Bott Radio Network representatives participated in the annual meeting of the Missouri Baptist Convention, October 31st - November 2nd. More than 1,300 Missouri Baptists gathered in Osage Beach for the yearly business meeting.
In addition to MBC business meetings, the event featured the installment of Dr. John Yeats as the 20th Executive Director of the MBC. In his opening address, “What Does a State Convention Do?” Dr. Yeats offered 7 things the Missouri Baptist Convention aims to do for the cause of the gospel.
BRN interviewed several key Baptist leaders from the Bott Radio booth in the MBC expo. Their perspectives were aired on all Missouri stations.
