October 2012 / Bott Radio Network St. Louis Supports The Missouri Baptist Convention Annual Meeting In St. Louis, October 29th -31st
Messengers representing churches affiliated with the Missouri Baptist Convention gathered at the Millennium Hotel in St. Louis October 29th – 31st for their 178th Annual Meeting. The theme was “Gratitude,” taken from Psalm 107:1, “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His faithful love endures forever.” The annual sermon was presented by Kenny Qualls, pastor of First Baptist Church Arnold, Missouri and host of the program “Voice of Hope”, heard on Bott Radio Network St. Louis 1320 AM at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.
Mrs. Ruth Marshall introduces her husband, Dr. John Marshall.
Dr. John Marshall is a sixth generation preacher and is President of the Missouri Baptist Convention. At age 23 he became the youngest person ever to earn a Doctor of Ministry degree from a Southern Baptist seminary.
Dr. John Yeats serves as the Executive Director of the Missouri Baptist Convention. He assists the convention comprised of 1900 + churches with developing effective 21st century leaders.
Special music was presented by “Selah.”

Pastor Kenny Qualls has served in various capacities within the Missouri Baptist Convention, the Southern Baptist Convention, and has served as pastor of First Baptist Church of Arnold, Missouri. His program “Voice of Hope” is heard on Bott Radio Network St. Louis 1320 AM at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.
Representatives from Bott Radio Network St. Louis were available to speak with the messengers to the Missouri Baptist Convention and to provide materials to them.
Messengers from the state of Missouri filled the room at the Millennium Hotel in St. Louis.
