March 2013 / Prayer Breakfast For Greater St. Louis, March 6th
The guest speaker for the 37th Greater St. Louis Prayer Breakfast this year was Brig Sorber, CEO and Co-Founder of Two Men and A Truck/International, Inc., based in Lansing, Michigan. He is also one of the original “two men” along with younger brother, Jon Sorber. The pair started the business in the early 1980s with a 1967 pickup truck to earn spending money. Today this business is generating $260 million in revenue and has enjoyed 34 consecutive months of growth despite a struggling U.S. housing market/economy. Bott Radio Network St. Louis broadcast the event live.
Over 1,500 men and women came to the Prayer Breakfast to learn how his faith and entrepreneurship combined to create a successful reality.
Andy Banker, of Fox 2 News in St. Louis, greeted 1,500 men and women as the MC for The 37th Annual Prayer Breakfast For Greater St. Louis, sponsored by CBMC of Greater St. Louis.
The St. Louis business community responded with great enthusiasm.
Harold Hendrick, host of “Encounter” on Bott Radio Network St. Louis AM 1320, interviews Attorney William “Bill” Hobson, for the live broadcast of the 37th Annual Prayer Breakfast. Bill is the longtime producer/director of the Prayer Breakfast, responsible for the “flow” of the program.
Brig Sorber is the CEO and Co-Founder of Two Men and a Truck/International, Inc. Brig attributes his company’s success to its foundation of honesty, trust, and hard work. He and his wife have three children.
