Dale Gerke contributes well-rounded marketing experience to his position as Station Manager of Bott Radio Network Fort Wayne. A team member since 1993, Gerke taps four years outdoor advertising experience to help further the message and ministry of 1090 AM. Gerke serves as 4th and 5th Grade Sunday School teacher at his church, and was a member of the local Christian Business Men´s Committee (CBMC) Board. He also assists the local Youth For Christ organization, while helping local ministries and committees promote events and gain exposure. Gerke credits great marketing professors at the University of South Carolina for providing a good foundation for his current position. Kathy McClish – Operations Manager
Kathy McClish’s tenure with Bott Radio Network spans three decades. Part of the BRN Fort Wayne family since 1985, she has worked as Office Manager and now as Operations Manager. She enjoys being the liaison between the station, ministries, and the community. Her sense of humor and love of people, along with her expertise in organization and detail helps her enjoy her position at BRN. One of Kathy’s passions is women’s ministry and women finding their identity in Christ. Kathy has served in various positions for Women’s Ministries and Women’s Bible Studies at church as well as being the Chairman for the Fort Wayne Christian Women’s Prayer Breakfast. ScottKump100×150 Scott Kump – Production Manager/Chief Control Room Operator
Scott Kump uses his experience as assistant Music Director and Drama Director at his church to enhance his position as Chief Control Room Operator. He draws on his creative abilities in music and language arts to enhance the quality of copy and production, as well as creating original music as background for various projects as Production Manager. Kump credits his contact with the ministries presented on Bott Radio Network with enabling his desire to know God more intimately, and to serve others. Mark Mellinger, host of “1090 Today”

Mark Mellinger hosts WFCV’s local interview program, “1090 Today.” The goals of the broadcast are to showcase local ministries and to help Christians in the Fort Wayne area live a more Christ-centered life. The program airs most weekday afternoons at 3:15 and Saturday mornings at 10:30. In his full-time job, Mark anchors the 5:00, 6:00, and 11:00 pm newscasts for the local CBS affiliate WANE-TV. In terms of volunteer activities, he is a Bible teacher at North Park Community Church, serves on the board of directors for the local Christian tutoring program Southside Opportunity Services, and co-founded the Northeast Indiana Reformation Society. Mark is a graduate of Indiana University. He and his wife, Dana, have two children.
