Living With Cancer, a Cancer Support Group Living With Cancer is for survivors of cancer or people with cancer is free, no cost and lead by Licensed Clinical Social Worker with guest speakers. Caregiver Support Group The Caregiver Support Group for caregivers of people dealing with cancer and will meet every 3rd Monday at 7:00 p.m. This is an on going support group every 3rd Monday at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Christian Center. Our first shipment has been sent. We plan to continue collecting used ink jet cartridges (ones that fit in the palm of the hand - no larger please), laptop/notebook computers, cell phones, MP3 players, digital/digital video cameras, GPS devices, radar detectors, E-book readers, T1 graphing calculators and gold, silver, or platinum jewelry. The electronic equipment does not need to be working. Our goal is to keep these items out of landfills, thus a cleaner environment. All proceeds support the mission of the church. People Needed to Hold Signs Your presence and prayers can save lives!Mothers headed into abortion centers have changed their minds and chosen life for their children simply because there were people standing outside praying. At Fleming Baptist Church they believe those circumstances create an open door for ministry allowing them to serve our Lord and community through becoming an agency for Harvesters Food Service. Fleming Baptist Church will begin distributing free food to those in need for the following towns: Orrick, Camden, Fleming, Henrietta, and Richmond, MO. Harvester’s guidelines require that you have proof of residence. Food will be distributed twice per month on the first and third Wednesdays. From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every first Wednesday, then again on the third Wednesday of each month, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. There is a cost for the church to purchase the food for distribution. Any food or financial donation will be greatly appreciated. Any donations go specifically for providing free food to those in need.
