2014 Business Men’s Prayer Breakfast
As a boy in a hospital bed, John could not have foreseen his many accomplishments. Nor would he have imagined his experience, wisdom and expertise as an international speaker. Yet his experiences are what fueled the incredible compassion and authenticity that are evident in every presentation he now gives. Local to St. Louis, John serves a Chaplin at a children’s hospital, is an ambassador for Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and has spoken in over 850 groups 46 states and nine countries.
At nine years old John was burned, on 100% of his body and given less than one percent chance of surviving the first night. He endured months in the hospital, years in therapy, dozens of surgeries, and lost all of his fingers to amputation. His professional focus as an international speaker, began with the writing and release of his parents’ poignant book, Overwhelming Odds. Contact Ministry to Men St. Charles for additional information and tickets information at 636-926-8081.
