Dr. Wayne Grudem, author of Politics According to the Bible, spoke to over 420 Nebraskans in Omaha and Lincoln on Thursday, February 6th, discussing biblical reasons Christians should be proactive in their community and government.

April is National Parkinson’s Month. These pilot “movement” classes are offered for people with PD and their caregivers, spouses or partners. All levels of mobility are welcome. No dance experience necessary. The three classes are April 16th, May 16th, and June 16th. The cost for the three-class series is $15 – caregivers, spouses or partners are free. The Ruth Davidson Hahn & Company is a non-profit organization.

The State Capitol Prayer Walk, hosted by Nebraska Family Alliance, is held the third Saturday of every month from 10:00-11:30 a.m. Meet on the west side of the state capitol building, 15th & Lincoln Mall, at the Lincoln statue. Brief instructions are provided before dividing into teams and prayer walking the halls of our State Senators, the Nebraska Supreme Court and Executive branches of government.
